The government bus services have been temporarily suspended by Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) in the wake of observance of People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) week by the Maoists, also known as ‘Saheed Saptah Naxal Strike’.
Reportedly, government bus services have been suspended the on six routes in Rayagada and 19 of 24 routes in Jeypore.
Apart from these two areas, the bus services have been suspended in Bhubaneswar, Bhanjanagar, Bhawanipatna, Padampur, Cuttack, Deogarh, Nuapada, Nabarangpur, Malkangiri, Phulbani, Paralakhemundi, Andhra Pradesh’s Vizianagaram.
